CNC Milling Machine FF 500/CNC with Australian 4-axis controller
European-made CNC milling machine with 6 spindle speeds from 180 thru 2500rpm. Double roller bearings mount each of the recirculating ball screws on all three axes, driven by powerful stepper motors. Approximate machine travels are X 290mm, Y 100mm, Z 200mm.
The mechanical design is almost identical to our manual model 24320, carrying the same 400W condenser AC motor, cast iron dovetail X and Y ways with 5-screw gib adjustment, rotatable head and 6-way belt speed adjustment.
Full-face flexible 50mm sanding backing disc (suit SP/E)
Unlike Proxxon's 28548 Velcro backing disc, this Relativity™ 44702 backing disc has full-face Velcro coverage, permitting the entire disc area to be used. Suitable for use with 28030 SP/E, the extra-thick and extra-soft polyurethane backing disc has no centre hole! Instead this Relativity™ 44702 backing disc has a precise aluminium centering boss and inbuilt M8 left-hand thread, perfectly matching the leftmost shaft end of 28030 SP/E.
Full-face 50mm sanding backing disc (suit LHW, LWS and WP/E)
Unlike Proxxon's 28548 Velcro backing disc, this Relativity™ 44701 backing disc has full-face Velcro coverage, permitting the entire disc area to be used. Suitable for use with LHW, LWS and WP/E, the extra-thick and extra-soft polyurethane backing disc stands proud of the standard guard. Thus it is not necessary to remove the LHW or LWS guard for full access to the entire sanding disc face.
No centre hole! Instead this Relativity™ 44701 backing disc has a precise aluminium centering boss and inbuilt M4 stud, perfectly matching the rotating heads of LHW, LWS and WP/E.
