Terms and conditions of sale

Payment
Our standard payment options include bank deposit and credit card payments. For certain orders we may exclude credit card payments and require payment by direct deposit or wire transfer. Other payment methods are only acceptable by prior arrangement. After receiving your order our staff will confirm that products are available from stock. In the unusual event that a product is not available from stock, we will discuss with you how to proceed. Bank deposits should not be sent (and credit cards are not billed) until we have confirmed that we can supply your order.

Shipping
Available shipping options include pick up from our warehouse by appointment, as well as standard and express delivery worldwide. If you have a specific delivery requirement, make a comment in your order notes, otherwise we may ship with the postal service or use other delivery agents at our option. The automated system is unable to calculate shipping quotes for orders with very large or heavy items. In this case, you can still place the order online without a shipping quote and we will contact to you to discuss shipping before your order is processed.

We stand behind the products we sell, and we support all relevant consumer guarantees. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund products within the rules of Australian Consumer Law. If you have a problem with equipment you purchased from us, please contact us to discuss it and arrange a return authorization if appropriate, as unsolicited shipments fall outside our standard processes.
