This Relativity™ Australian-made product replaces the Proxxon German-made product 28189 which was discontinued in 2012/2013. Durable coated steel tray (colour may vary) with drain nipple fitted, dual stainless steel RHS legs drilled for bench mounting. Useful when water cooling is used during sanding of metals and plastics. Also used by jewellers to collect the lemel of precious metals during wet or dry sanding. Radiused corners assist 100% lemel recovery.

The sander is supported clear of any collected water and particulates, on four pedestals, o-ring sealed to the tray.
We include a length of 10mm ID flexible plastic tubing and a 90-degree drain elbow, to allow routing of the drain from the tray's drain nipple to a below-bench waste bin (not supplied).

The stainless steel RHS legs allow the sander often to be used without attaching it to the bench, but offer four counterbored holes for bench attachment if preferred. Unlike the discontinued German product, you may now move the machine without breaking the water-seal.

The four support pedestals with o-ring seals include stainless steel screws and nuts.
